Medline, Upper Midwest Consolidated Services Center Sign Supplier Agreement

The Upper Midwest Consolidated Services Center, a supply network associated with Edina, Minn.-based VHA Upper Midwest Region, has selected Mundelein, Ill.-based Medline to be the sole provider of custom procedure trays for its 43 member hospitals.

The five-year agreement is expected to save $17 million across the member hospitals.

Medline’s custom procedure trays were designed exclusively to fit VHA hospitals’ requirements, according to the news release.
