Hospira has received customer reports of broke door assemblies on the infusion pumps. If the door of the pumps is not closed properly, an over-infusion or delay of therapy may occur, resulting in serious adverse events, including death.

The infusion pumps deliver parenteral infusions and are used in both healthcare facilities and home care.
