GSK names Brian McNamara CEO of Consumer Healthcare: 3 points

GlaxoSmithKline appointed Brian McNamara CEO of the Consumer Healthcare division.

1. Mr. McNamara most recently served as head of Europe and the Americas at GSK Consumer Healthcare.

2. Prior to joining GSK, he worked at Novartis for 11 years.

3. He succeeds Emma Walmsley, the current GSK CEO Designate. She will replace Andrew Witty as CEO of GSK when he retires on March 31, 2017.
