The Senhance System allows surgeons to control three robotic arms while viewing a 3-D image of the surgical site. The system has characteristics such as force feedback, which allows surgeons to “feel” the tissue they are grabbing with the robotic arm; eye tracking, which helps control movement of the surgical tools and laparoscopic controls.
The system is intended for use on adult patients in need of colorectal surgery or gynecological surgery.
