The Magellan 6Fr Robotic Catheter, used with the Magellan Robotic System, features dual-bend technology that allows more precise navigation and control and a smaller diameter catheter that can be used in smaller vessels, according to the news release.
“The Magellan 6Fr Robotic Catheter will enable our physician customers to apply the benefits of robotic precision, control and procedural predictability to the treatment of many more vascular patients, which is one of the fastest growing service lines in hospitals today,” said Hansen Medical’s CFO Peter Mariani in the news release.
