Mr. Moen, a certified public accountant, has more than 25 years of financial experience. He previously served as executive vice president and CFO of ABRA Auto Body & Glass.

Mr. Moen took over the CFO role from Thomas Griffin, who will assume the newly created position of vice president of finance.
