The lawsuit claimed the pharmaceutical wholesalers misclassified delivery drivers as independent contractors to avoid paying them for overtime.
Under the settlement, the 115 workers would receive about $2,500 each and $2.5 million for attorney fees.
A New York federal judge must sign off on the deal.
