David Rapp. Vice President of Supply Chain and CIO of Wheeling (W.Va.) Hospital. Mr. Rapp was named CIO and vice president of supply chain for the hospital in 2006. Prior to his current role, he was director of the global technology services group at Fairmont, W.Va.-based High Technology Foundation. He is a HIMSS member and has previously served on its innovation committee.
