These recalled products, packaged in a syringe, vial or eye dropper, were distributed across U.S. healthcare facilities from April 17 to Aug. 10.

The drugmaker issued the recall as a precautionary measure after the FDA identified issues during an inspection of the facility.

Bella Pharmaceuticals is informing customers of the recall and arranging for the return of all affected products.
