The association selected Brian Dolan, senior director of supply chain at the Kansas City-based University of Kansas Health System, and Karen Morlan, vice president of supply chain operations at Nashville, Tenn.- based Vanderbilt University Medical Center as provider representatives to serve on the board.
The association also elected Tim Bugg, president and CEO of the group purchasing alliance Capstone Health Alliance, as an affiliate representative to serve on the 2020 board.
The three new members will serve three-year terms.
The 2019 board also elected Steve Kiewiet, chief commercial officer of group purchasing organization Intalere, as chair-elect of the 2020 board. He will officially serve as board chair in 2021.
