5 latest FDA approvals

Here are the five latest drugs or medical devices approved by the FDA since June 15:

1. Qbrexza is a topical cloth used to treat primary axillary hyperhidrosis, or excessive armpit sweating.

2. Epidiolex is the first cannabis-based drug approved to treat seizures linked to Lennox-Gastaut syndrome or Dravet syndrome.

3. Braftovi and Mektovi is a combination therapy used to treat advanced melanoma in patients with a specific gene mutation.

4. The Eversense CGM system is the first continuous glucose monitoring system that includes a fully implantable sensor to detect glucose.

5. Advisor Pro is a decision support software for Type 1 diabetes.
