Wisconsin hospital changes name after joining Marshfield Clinic

Beaver Dam (Wis.) Community Hospital has changed its name after becoming part of Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic, according to the Daily Citizen

The hospital will now be called Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam.

The Beaver Dam hospital signed an agreement to join Marshfield Clinic earlier this year. 

Under the deal, the Beaver Dam hospital is no longer an independent organization. Marshfield Clinic will help it recruit specialists and administrative workers.
