For its annual “Best in KLAS” rankings, market research firm KLAS Research evaluates leading software and services vendors in healthcare. The rankings are based on information obtained from 2,500 interviews KLAS Research conducts with providers and payers each month, representing the experiences of more than 4,500 hospitals and 2,500 clinics.
KLAS Research included seven firms in its overall healthcare management consulting firms ranking for 2019. Vendors are ranked on a scale of 0 to 100, including feedback in six performance categories: culture, relationship, operations, product, value and loyalty.
The seven healthcare management consulting firms and their rankings:
1. Premier: 91.7
2. Chartis Group: 91.1
2. PwC: 91.1
4. Deloitte: 90.6
5. Navigant: 88.3
6. Optum: 86.5
7. Advisory Board: 75.5
