Ascension rebrands community health sites in 3 states

St. Louis-based Ascension is rebranding its community health services in Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas as part of a larger effort to standardize the integrated health system under a unified name.

The rebranding will affect health services, education services and neighbor programs that currently operate as the Daughters of Charity Services.

The Daughters of Charity Services in Arkansas and Louisiana will rebrand to DePaul Community Health Services, while the Texas division will operate as the Ascension DePaul Services. All groups will also adopt the Ascension logo.

"Daughters of Charity Services has been part of Ascension for nearly 20 years," Nick Ragone, executive vice president and chief marketing and communications officer at Ascension, said in a press release emailed to Becker's. "Bringing them together, under the Ascension name, advances our mission and strengthens our efforts to connect our care and reduce disparities in healthcare."
