CHRISTUS Santa Rosa previously announced it will transition its City Centre campus to a freestanding children’s hospital. As a result, City Centre’s acute care, digestive and cardiovascular services will be relocated at the health system’s Medical Center campus. The sale will be used to support these and other programs, according to a HealthSouth news release.

The deal is expected to close within 30 days.
