Epic was one of 10 healthcare organizations featured on Time’s “Most Influential Companies of 2026” list.
The sixth edition of the list, published April 27, included 205 companies across 20 sectors. The health companies included pharmaceutical manufacturers, telehealth providers and medical device companies. No health systems operating acute care hospitals were included.
The list was focused on leadership and storytelling: “the ability of a company and its leader to articulate a vision worth following, and to keep communicating it long enough for the rest of us to catch up,” according to the magazine.
Time included the following companies on its list of the 10 most influential health and life sciences companies:
- Novo Nordisk
- Genentech
- Sprout Pharmaceuticals
- Tempus
- Beam Therapeutics
- Biolinq
- Epic Systems
- HistoSonics
