The Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital in Charleston is now the Children’s Hospital of South Carolina at MUSC, according to an ABC News 4 report.

The name change is intended to reflect the hospital’s impact on South Carolina’s children, John Sanders, Children’s Hospital administrator, told ABC News.
