Wendy Mitchell. Vice President of Operations for OSF HealthCare Foundation (Peoria, Ill.). OSF HealthCare Foundation named Ms. Mitchell vice president of operations in March 2015. She is responsible for the foundation’s operations, including implementing strategic priorities and aligning all Ministry directives. She also oversees the foundation’s major fundraising programs and development of management staff. Prior to joining OSF Foundation, Ms. Mitchell was director of the annual fund at OSF Saint Francis and Children’s Hospital of Illinois Foundation. Peoria Magazine named Ms. Mitchell among its 40 Leaders Under Forty list in November 2016.
