He oversees a $144 million annual budget, 715 employees and more than 21,000 veterans. Throughout the VA system, Mr. Gennaro has held numerous positions including director of VA Butler (Pa.) Healthcare, deputy director of VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System and associate director of Erie VA Medical Center.
