Jerome Dayao. Chief Nursing Officer of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (Colton, Calif.). Since joining Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in 2013, Mr. Dayao has driven several transformational changes in the hospital’s nursing department. He spearheaded efforts to educate and develop charge nurse groups throughout the organization and implemented numerous patient-centered service initiatives patient satisfaction scores on nursing-specific domains up to the 90th percentile. He spent four years as the associate chief nursing officer and assistant hospital administrator before being named interim CNO in April 2017 and then CNO two months later. He is an active member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
