Since Mr. Banerjee took the reins as chief quality and innovation officer nearly three years ago, Arnot Health System has reduced its fall rate by 46 percent and lowered hospital-acquired pressure injuries by 71 percent from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Banerjee implemented a strategy from the ground up to transition the health system into a high reliability organization to achieve the aforementioned reductions.
