Adam Thacker. COO of Good Samaritan Physician Network (Vincennes, Ind.). Mr. Thacker joined Good Samaritan in 2013 as vice president of professional services and was promoted to COO in January 2016. Since beginning his tenure, Mr. Thacker has engaged more than 20 percent of the system’s physicians on important systemwide decisions. He also implemented a balanced scorecard approach that promotes data-driven alignment systemwide. Mr. Thacker is a black belt in lean six sigma and a board member at his local YMCA.
