Jill Richards. Revenue Cycle Director of Penn Medicine (Philadelphia). Ms. Richards worked as a consultant at Navigant Consulting and as Philadelphia-based Thomas Jefferson University Hospital’s manager of revenue integrity and billing compliance before joining Penn Medicine in 2013. Two years later, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania chose to consolidate their revenue cycle sectors, and Ms. Richards was chosen to serve as director. Through her role, she works to improve cash flow and patient experience for the 789-bed facility and its more than 200 clinical practices.
