Chris Miller. Chief Patient Experience Officer of Mountain States Health Alliance’s Washington County Market (Johnson City, Tenn.). Mr. Miller joined Mountain States — which serves 29 counties in northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia, southeast Kentucky and northwest North Carolina — in 2010. In his current role, he oversees the experiences of patients within the health system’s Washington County, Tenn., facilities, including Franklin Woods Community Hospital, Niswonger Children’s Hospital, Woodridge Hospital and the health system’s flagship Level I trauma center, Johnson City Medical Center. Before coming to Mountain States, Mr. Miller ran his own outdoor sporting goods store for four years.
