Dustin Greene. CEO of TriStar Horizon Medical Center (Dickson, Tenn.). Mr. Greene, 36, was named a 2014 Rising Star by Becker’s Healthcare and has since been appointed CEO for TriStar Horizon Medical Center, a 130-bed hospital and accredited chest pain center within the TriStar system. He previously served as COO of HCA’s Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, Ga., and COO of TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., where he was instrumental in the advancement of the oncology and stroke programs as well as the launch of the hospital’s Provisional Level II Trauma program. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned an MBA from Nashville-based Belmont University.
