Delvecchio Finley. CEO of Alameda Health System (Oakland, Calif.). Since being named a 2014 Rising Star by Becker’s Healthcare, Mr. Finley, 38, was tapped to take on the role of CEO for Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System in May. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Finley held positions as CEO for Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, Calif., and vice president of operations at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, as well as administrative positions with San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center and Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in San Francisco. He is a past president of both the California Association of Healthcare Leaders and the Northern California Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives.
