Top 10 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, per Newsweek

Los Angeles-based Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center was named the top inpatient rehabilitation facility by Newsweek.

Newsweek recognized 280 inpatient rehabilitation facilities based on a survey of experts, quality metrics and accreditation data. Facilities were ranked on a scale of 100.

Here are the top ten facilities along with their scores:

  1. Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center (Los Angeles): 93.03

  2. Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation-Dallas: 88.43

  3. Shirley Ryan Abilitylab (Chicago): 85.7

  4. NYU Langone Health-Rusk Rehabilitation (New York City): 85.15

  5. Ohio State University-Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital (Columbus): 84.17

  6. Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital (Avon, Ohio): 83.25

  7. Penn Medicine-Lancaster (Pa.) Rehabilitation Hospital: 83.1

  8. Sutter Health-California Pacific Regional Rehabilitation Center (San Francisco): 82.99

  9. Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital (Dallas): 82.91

  10. California Rehabilitation Institute (Los Angeles): 82.85
