Branding agency Monigle surveyed 27,269 household healthcare decision-makers who have received medical care in the past two years and have health insurance for the May 20 Humanizing Brand Experience: Healthcare Edition Vol 8 report.
The rankings are guided by a composite score from Monigle’s Humanizing Brand Experience model, driven by healthcare engagement in each market. Monigle said the rankings factored in the “55 most crucial sensorial, intellectual, behavioral, and emotional drivers of consumer choice and advocacy”:
