This year’s rankings, released Feb. 26, include 128 companies from 21 countries and 50 industries. The list is based on the Ethisphere Institute’s Ethics Quotient framework, which quantitatively measures a company’s performance.

Garnet Health (Middletown, N.Y.)
HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.)
University Hospitals (Cleveland)
Northwell Health (Great Neck, N.Y.)
