Childress (Texas) Regional Medical Center. Located in the southeast corner of the Texas panhandle, this 39-bed hospital is operated by a county hospital district formed in 1965 and governed by directors elected by Childress County voters. In addition to the hospital, Childress Regional Medical Center houses the Fox Rural Health Clinic. Childress Regional Medical Center was named an iVantage Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital in 2016.
