Adena Health System (Chillicothe, Ohio). Adena Health System is comprised of three hospitals and six regional clinics, with a total of 311 beds. The nonprofit health system, with more than 3,000 employees, is an economic hub for the region. Adena is a two-time winner of Gallup’s Great Workplace Award, receiving the recognition in 2014 and 2015. The hospital received an “A” on the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Score Survey in 2016.
