Six health systems were featured on Fortune’s 2025 list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.”
The annual list, published April 2, was developed in collaboration with analytics firm Great Place to Work, which used its Trust Index survey to assess key behaviors that drive trust, connection and loyalty in the workplace. The survey included 60 questions on a five-point scale and two open-ended questions.
To be eligible, companies must have at least 1,000 U.S.-based employees. Great Place to Work analyzed more than 1.3 million survey responses over the past year. According to the publication, top-ranking organizations are those where employees trust leadership to reward high performance and feel valued as individuals.
The following health systems were recognized, listed with their headquarters and overall rank:
33. Texas Health Resources (Arlington)
70. Baptist Health South Florida (Coral Gables)
72. Hackensack Meridian Health (Edison, N.J.)
83. Atlantic Health System (Morristown, N.J.)
93. Wellstar Health System (Marietta, Ga.)
