4 health systems recognized on Glassdoor's 'Best Places to Interview' list

Glassdoor named 100 organizations to its Best Places to Interview list in 2017, including four health systems.

Glassdoor compiled the list based on anonymous feedback from job candidates who voluntarily submitted interview reviews for companies on Glassdoor's website between July 2, 2016 and July 1, 2017. Ratings took into account an employer's overall interview experience rating, interview difficulty rating and the length of the interview process.

San Francisco-based Dignity Health earned the No. 1 spot on the list. Job candidates gave the health system a 93 percent rating for interview experience and a 2.7 out of 5 for interview difficulty. Respondents also indicated Dignity's interview processes lasted an average of 21 days.

Here are three other health systems that made the list.

  • SSM Health in St. Louis earned the No. 6 spot on the list, earning an 83 percent positive interview experience and a 2.6 out of 5 for interview difficulty. The health system's average length for its interview process is 13 days.

  • New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health ranked No. 19 on the list, with job candidates reporting a 77 percent positive interview experience that lasted an average of 30 days. Respondents gave Northwell Health a 2.7 out of 5 for interview difficulty.

  • Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health ranked No. 74 on the list. Job candidates gave the health system a 69 percent positive rating for interview experience, a 2.7 out of 5 for interview difficulty and said the interview processes lasted an average of 25 days.
