15 US health systems with the best patient reviews

Community Health Systems has the best reputation among its patients of the 25 largest health systems in the U.S., according to a report released March 16 by brand management firm Reputation.

The report examined the reputations of the 25 largest U.S. health systems by 2021 revenue and ranked the top 15. The ranking was determined using a proprietary scoring method involving publicly available patient feedback, including 2.7 million online patient reviews.
