14 health systems among America’s healthiest workplaces

Bellaire, Texas-based Harris Health was recognized as America’s healthiest workplace, according to an Oct. 15 ranking.

Healthiest Employers recognizes the 100 healthiest workplaces in the U.S. in its annual ranking. Participating organizations complete an assessment, which is scored on a 100-point scale. The assessment evaluates six core areas: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.

In addition to hospitals and health systems, the list features health insurance companies, local governments, educational institutions and companies across industries. Read the full list here.
