Ten healthcare organizations were recognized on LinkedIn’s 2025 list of the best large employers for career growth.
The ninth annual ranking evaluates companies with 5,000 or more global employees on factors tied to career progression, including advancement opportunities, company stability, gender diversity and skills growth, according to LinkedIn’s April 8 post. Companies that had layoffs affecting 10% or more of their workforce between Jan. 1, 2024, and the list launch were excluded.
Recognized organizations include pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology firms and healthcare service providers. Kaiser Permanente was the only health system to make the list. Read more about the methodology here.
