Maine is the best state for nurses, according to an analysis by WalletHub.

To determine the best and worst states for nurses, WalletHub analysts compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across two dimensions: opportunity and competition; and work environment. Analysts evaluated those two dimensions using 21 metrics.
