Lumexa Imaging — formerly known as U.S. Radiology Specialists — has tapped Russell Stewart, MD, as chief medical officer.
Dr. Stewart is a musculoskeletal radiologist and previously served as chief clinical officer for clinical analytics firm Covera Health, according to an Aug. 4 news release from Lumexa.
He continues to provide diagnostic interpretation at Stanford (Calif.) University Medical Center and formerly played football for the Seattle Seahawks.
