Customer experience scores for 9 top imaging vendors: KLAS

Fujifilm had the highest overall customer experience performance score for its vendor neutral archive storage system, Synapse VNA, according to a Sept. 4 report from KLAS Research. 

AGFA HealthCare has the highest overall customer experience performance score for its universal view platform, Enterprise Imaging XERO Viewer. 

For the “Enterprise Imaging 2025” report, KLAS surveyed healthcare professionals on their experience with vendor neutral archive universal viewer solutions.
