The hospital reached an agreement, effective July 15, on a new contract with Aetna, under which those covered by the insurer will receive hospital-based services at in-network rates from Carroll County Memorial and its employed physicians. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Carroll County Memorial, a 25-bed critical access hospital, covers a three-county service area of 28,000 residents.
