Ms. Allbee previously served as director of robust process improvement at The Joint Commission. In her new role, she will engage with healthcare leaders interested in developing high reliability through robust process improvement within their organizations. She will also work with current center members to expand on their successes.
“As an experienced Robust Process Improvement leader with The Joint Commission, [Ms. Allbee] has the insight to assist health care organizations and leaders that partner with the Center for Transforming Healthcare to implement RPI to assist them on their journey to high reliability and zero harm,” said Anne Marie Benedicto vice president at the Center for Transforming Healthcare.
