Study: Hospitals in National Surgical Quality Improvement Program Have Lower Mortality Rates
Surgical patients’ mortality rates were lower at California hospitals participating in the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program than at non-participating hospitals, according to a study reported by the American College of Surgeons.
