LDS Hospital in Utah Opens Disaster Preparedness Center

LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, part of Intermountain Healthcare, announced the opening of a disaster preparedness center.

The Intermountain Center for Disaster Preparedness is designed to help healthcare and first-responder partners in the community and region prepare to respond to disaster and emergency situations. The center includes training classrooms, 17 patient rooms, disaster situation simulators and emergency supplies.
