Many of the man’s patients were children, and he worked at two home health agencies starting in late 2015. Mr. Yost did not specify the agencies’ names.
The man has been charged with endangering children, identity fraud, Medicaid fraud and practicing nursing without a license, among other things, according to a grand jury indictment.
