Patient safety tool: Resources for allergy-related ED visits, discharge

The American College of Emergency Physicians and Food Allergy Research & Education have released a toolkit for patients to help manage their allergies after being discharged from the emergency department for an allergy-related admission.

The toolkit offers allergy educational resources, an anaphylaxis emergency care plan, allergist follow-up reminder, epinephrine prescription reminder and other useful resources.
