Dr. Stoltzfus received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis and completed an internship in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison.
