Hospitals that prevent the most preventable deaths could send two employees on a private fishing trip with President Jimmy Carter, thanks to the Patient Safety Movement.

To be considered for the prize, healthcare organizations need to demonstrate the most lives saved between November 2014 and July 2015 by committing to implement the organization’s Actionable Patient Safety Solutions between September 2014 and June 2015.

Three organizations will ultimately win by demonstrating the most lives saved between November 2014 and July 2015.
