Of the more than 4,500 patients surveyed and included in the study, 84 percent of patients reported excellent or very good overall service quality, 81 percent of patients reported excellent or very good quality of clinician care and 84 percent of patients were very likely to refer friends or relatives to the same center.

Better scores on patient-centered communication and access to care were associated with higher satisfaction scores, according to the study.
