Terry Kabitzke-Groth. CNO of Aurora Medical Center Grafton (Wis.) and Aurora Medical Center in Washington County (Hartford, Wis.). Ms. Kabitzke-Groth has more than 35 years of experience in clinical and executive leadership. She was appointed CNO of Aurora Medical Center Grafton when the hospital opened in November 2010 and was named CNO of Aurora Medical Center in Washington County in 2014. During her tenure, both hospitals have grown their programs and services and received recognition as top hospitals within the Aurora Health Care system. In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Kabitzke-Groth serves as chair of the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executives’ Nursing Leadership Academy, where she helps guide young leaders as they grow and develop their vision.
