OHSU Hospital is also offering women who have had two cesareans the option of attempting a trial of labor and delivering vaginally.

The hospital is trying to reduce cesarean sections because women who have had the procedure are more likely to have difficulty breastfeeding and to have additional cesareans in future pregnancies, among other reasons.
